1. Booking Confirmation

  • A booking is only confirmed once the required payment has been received and a confirmation email or travel voucher has been issued.

  • Clients must ensure the accuracy of all booking details including guest information, travel dates, and services.

2. Payment Terms

  • A 60% or 100% deposit may be required upon booking, depending on the accommodation or service chosen.

  • Where applicable, the balance must be settled prior to arrival, as specified on the invoice.

  • Secure payment options include bank transfer and trusted online payment methods.

  • Prices are subject to change until the booking is confirmed.

3. Pricing & Availability

  • Prices listed on the Pulse of Paradise platform are in Mauritian Rupees (MUR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • Rates may fluctuate according to availability, seasonality, or supplier updates.

  • Confirmed bookings are safeguarded from any later price adjustments.

4. Guest Information Requirements

  • Travelers must provide accurate personal information, including full legal names matching official ID or passports.

  • Any correction or modification of details may incur charges and is subject to availability.

5. Cancellations & Amendments

  • Requests must be sent in writing via email to Pulse of Paradise.

  • Cancellation and amendment fees may apply based on supplier policies and the notice period.

  • Some bookings, especially during peak seasons or promotional deals, may be non-refundable.

6. No-Show Policy

  • Failure to arrive on the scheduled date without written notice will be treated as a no-show, which may result in 100% of the booking value being charged.

7. Travel Documents & Eligibility

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring they have valid travel identification, visas, and health documentation where required.

  • Pulse of Paradise recommends comprehensive travel insurance to cover unexpected events or cancellations.

8. Special Requests

  • Special requirements such as dietary needs, accessibility, or room preferences must be stated at the time of booking.

  • These requests are subject to supplier availability and are not guaranteed.

9. Certified Partnerships

  • Pulse of Paradise collaborates only with licensed and approved hotels, guesthouses, car rental providers, and excursion operators to ensure safe and high-quality service delivery.

10. Force Majeure & Liability

  • Pulse of Paradise acts as a facilitator between travelers and external service providers.

  • We are not liable for disruptions due to weather, transportation issues, strikes, emergencies, or other events outside our control.

  • Responsibility for trip operations and service quality remains with the contracted providers.
